The Kilpatrick MMD team is truly a national team with lawyers in Georgia, North Carolina, California and Washington, D.C.  The candidates would join a patent prosecution team within a firm with a top tier IP practice and would enjoy working across departments with our Patent Litigation Team, Healthcare Industry Team and our Emerging Growth practice in Silicon Valley. The team’s current client demand offers the right candidate an opportunity to augment his or her practice with some work coming from the team.

The MMD team works with makers and sellers of mechanical devices and medical technology companies, in addition to consumer products and manufacturing companies which produce tools, textiles, building materials, apparel, furniture and appliances.  We counsel clients on all aspects of patent protection in order to build and secure strong patent portfolios. We have prosecuted and litigated patents in the fields of mechanical, biomechanical and electromechanical engineering.
