A group of Electronics & Software patent prosecutors for our DC and Texas offices.

 

Goal:  Establish Strategic Presence in Texas and Strengthen Bench in DC for our Electronics & Software Team

KT is looking to grow our EES team in DC and establish presence in Texas to capitalize on strategic client relationships in those markets. KT is looking to leverage legacy strength of the EES practice by deepening the bench in markets where we currently do not have a significant presence.

 

Sell:  Premier Practice within a Full Service National Platform

The KT EES team is truly a national team with lawyers in Georgia, Colorado, North Carolina, Washington, DC, and California. The candidates would join a highly regarded patent prosecution team at a firm with a top tier IP practice working on clients who are leading technology innovators and disruptors ranging from emerging growth to fortune 100. Candidates would be joining one of the largest practice teams at the firm which understands how to effectively manage the competitive nature of patent prosecution on a national platform.

We work with makers and sellers of software, electrical systems, telecommunications systems, semiconductors and many more technologies. In addition to writing, prosecuting and managing patents, we counsel clients on complex patent disputes, make suggestions to sharpen patent coverage in order to target rival threats, and develop strategies for prioritizing protection throughout the world.
