Target: First-Chair Trial Lawyer.
Seeking an established first-chair trial lawyer who ideally would be bringing a team and a robust client following. Additionally, we are seeking partners focused on the California Consumer Privacy Act and / or Data Breach Litigation.
Goal: Broaden and Deepen Our Complex Commercial Litigation Capabilities.
Establish strong commercial litigation capabilities in key markets with an emphasis on Atlanta, New York, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Sell: Strong Litigation Legacy with Market Leadership Opportunity.

We want to build upon this rich history and provide legacy clients true national reach while also expanding new client opportunities. Limited competition in key markets, such as NY and CA, offers high profile candidates the ability to be market leaders supported by a national platform.
